Vegan Buffalo Cauliflower Wings

There are barely any shortcuts when cooking vegan dishes; you literally have to make just about everything from scratch! What do you do when you are craving wings but don’t want to slip into a food coma afterward? You make Buffalo cauliflower wings! This light treat will satisfy your need for comfort food, but it’ll leave you feeling great afterward! I’ve been eating a vegan diet for a little over 2 months and I have found that cauliflower is the holy grail of vegan dishes. You can literally use cauliflower as a substitute for anything! These wings were by far one of my favorite cauliflower dishes and I hope it can become one of your faves too!


  • 1 large head cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (make sure ingredients are vegan
  • pinch garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Vegan ranch (for serving)


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt & pepper.

  3. Add cauliflower to bowl and coat with the flour mixture.

  4. Place cauliflower on baking sheet, place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.

  5. Remove from oven, pour buffalo sauce over cauliflower and toss evenly. Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until crispy.

  6. Toss cauliflower in more buffalo sauce (optional), serve with ranch and enjoy!
